About Casey Anthony and chloroform, have you heard of parents using it to get their children to "sleep" ?

. . . so that they can go out and party without needing a sitter? Harris Faulkner at Fox News just said something about it but I can't find such an awful practice described online. It sure fits the case, given all the photos of Casey partying!
