What are my chances of getting into Caregie Mellon University?

I actually think you have a good shot. Your SAT isn't spectacular, but it isn't bad either. The main thing that I think will catch the admission office's attention is your A average in challenging cles. The fact that you will have taken 6 AP cles is very impressive! Taking a college cl while in high school will look impressive too, and leadership positions and volunteer experience can only help! I definitely think you should go for it. Make sure you get strong letters of recommendations, and that your application essay is well-written and convincing. Also, keep up the high grades. They make a big difference. Good luck!
