Prayyying in islam in mosque?

ok well my brothers listen to me...i have a question about praying in mosque...while i'm praying 4 fard on asr ..... in mosque...and when the imam says allahu akbar..then we say aoozubillahee minush shaytanerrageem...bismillah hir rahmanir raheem..then we recite subahana kalahuma....and then do we have to say surah fatiha and a small surah after that?? or let the imam say it and keep our mouth closed???cuzz whenever i stand near a man some of them keeps quiet after subahana ..and some recites alhamdulillah and a small surah...i'm confused ...shud i say surah fatiha and a small surah or let the imam say it like in fajr prayer??...and also in eshaa prayer last 2 rakaa do we have to say surah fatiha or imam will say???....and the friday prayer when making the naat we say i pray 2 fard or 2 wajib? and then complete it???plzzzzz...i want to be guud muslim...if u dont understand any thing just tell me how do we pray in mosque .AND HOW TO MAKE NAT (IN ENGLISH TRANSLATION)of friday prayer...and what to say plzzzzz ....give me step by step information...i beg u.......i will pray to allah to help you when ur in a bad state..plzz u will get a good deed by doing this...allahu akbar!
