Acne and suicide!!!!?

I have acne scars and some acne. I'm 17 and male. I hate acne, it left me scars on my cheeks and forehead. I don't know what to do.. Sometimes, I think of suicide and I always wanted to sleep to escape the problem i always feel people are talking. At 2 weks time i'll be entering college in the best school in our country but i'm nervous at what people will say to me and there i'll live on my own away from home...pls. help me my derm said laser, dermabrasion, fillers can work but that are all way too expensive. What will i do now at present time...I really need a friend to talk to. Thanks so much!!!
