Good Teenage Books to read?

I haven't done any intense reading in a long time. I've read the Harry Potter series, the Demonata and Darren Shan Saga, and also A Series of Unfortunate Events. I'm looking for anything along those lines, and I am aware of the Twilight series but I don't know if I should, if someone could convince me I may buy the first book :P Basically anything considered 'fantasy' like all mentioned, I'd be particular interested in a book about people dealing with abilities, a bit like the Heroes TV show and possible a series with sequels? But anything along the lines of those mentioned. Thanks! 10 points if I get a good read!
