How can i get friends?

hi my name is michaelA im 16 and not in school anymore and i dont have a job. and i dont have any friends and im tired of sitting at home. i need friends. and im very overweight and i scared that ppl dont like me because of that.how can i get friends other then over a job or school.and i dont have my license either so im pretty messed up.
