If the nco signed and wrote the ucmj and gets reignment is it still good?

You question is vague. If an NCO charged you with something and gets reigned to another unit, the charge sheet, Page 11 or UDP still remains with you regardless if the person got out, transferred or retired. Not sure if this is your question.
