Is a "negative universe" an incomprehensible concept and unimaginable condition/state/of existence? explain?

A lot of universes are able to exist but the chance of them being able to contain biological life is almost zero... So this question is quiet irrelevant from our perspective for an answer can almost not be found and surely not proven... Take care
