UC benefits in pennsylvania?

ok so i filed for unemployment, i received all the information, and i filed a biweekly claim yesterday. today, i got the debit card in the mail. it said to call and make a pin, and then it said i had a zero balance. so then i went to eppicard.com and created an account and set it up so i would receive my notifications through the internet. when will i get the money? at this point am i definitely guaranteed the money it said i would receive a week? im not sure how all this works. i followed all the instructions, and im just wondering if there is anything else i have to do to receive the money on the card.
