Paypal prolem with a buyer?

ello im tryingt o find out what to do!I sold a 730 dollars camera to comeone that lives 4 states from me after i sent the camera i found if that the payment had been reversed because he didnt have enough funds in the bank so now i have no camera and no money!! what do i need to do?paypal is saying i owe them money now!!i contacted the buyer he said he was sorry and that something came up he had to havethe money and he said he would pay me in 2 weeks when he got paid?? should i trust him or what should i do if he dont pay i wouldnt think the police could do anything being it's 3 states away
