Whats the best flat iron ?

ok so i already have the in-styler and i love it but it seems to curl better then straighten hair... odd lol... what is the best flat iron for a reaonable price? i have long medium thick hair that has natural wave and some frizz... it is kinda damaged too. i have a wet to dry flat iron to be used on wet or dry hair... any comments on that? and whats a good shampoo, conditioner, treatment to use on hair that is long colored and frizzy and damaged?
