I have PCOS and apparently that makes getting pregnant much more difficult. It also increases your risk for having complications. My thyroid was removed 3 years ago because of a weird nodule that may or may not have been cancerous, they're not sure. We adopted our son in 2008 but would love for him to have a sibling but I'm not sure if I can get pregnant, and if I do can I carry the baby to term? First off you need to get Reynolds off the bench. He is really hot right now. Second why would you wanna trade Pujols. Even if he isn't doing that great now, he will finish strong. I wouldn't make that mistake. My advice to you is keep him. Even though Johnny Damon is one of my favorite players, I would trade him. There are other players that can perform better if you know what to look for. I also think it would be a mistake to trade Mark Teixeira. He is a strong player and should do well for your team. If you can get another catcher you should. Soto hasn't played much and you would get more out of catchers like Posada (NYY) or Martin (LAD). Also trade Stephen Drew and Rickie Weeks. First of all, I am male and 14 years old, I'm 5ft7 or 170 cm and 65 kg. Basically, I decided to lose a little weight and eat a little less than my GDA (Guideline Daily Amount). Normally I start my day off with a bowl of porridge with milk or cereals without milk. (I know it's unbelievable, but I hate it with milk). I'm then in school from half past 8 until half past four. I'm not a big fan of school food, and unless they haven't got my favourite dish or something special, I normally only have an apple or yoghurt because the rest they sell is just absolute junkfood. When I come home I eat a bit of fruit and maybe some bread or a small snack. I then have a fairly large supper later (7pm) in the size of a normal or smaller lunch. Open the hood, look down at the front side of the transmission, and locate the four wire plug connected to the transmission. Unplug it. Now your torque converter clutch will not lock up. Did my dog have a heat stroke?

Yesterday, my husband and I were outside doing work around our farm. It was in the high 80s but a breezy day, so not unbearably hot. We let our dog, Rocky, who is a boxer/great pyrenese mix out with us. He played, rested, drank water when we did, and seemed fine. Until later that afternoon, my husband hollered for him to come to us, and he wouldn't, it was like he was tangled in something. So I ran to him,and he was picking up one paw and putting it down but not going anywhere. My husband picked him up and put him in my lap and we drove to his water bucket. He staggered when I first put him down, so I helped him stand at his water bucket and he drank a good bit of water. He was fine afterwards. Besides his staggering, his tongue was rolled out and he had that helpless look in his eyes. Needless to say my eyes were filled with tears. This is his second spell with this. The first time was earlier in July; however, it was at night around 7:30 and the temp was 78 or so. He only ran around for about 20 minutes as my Mom and I rode the trail wagon around the farm, then it was the same symptoms. After water, he was fine then too. I called the vet the first time the next day and she said if he was fine, then there was no need to bring him in. But I am calling tomorrow and making him an appt. I just want to know have you ever had this happened and what was it. I also applied a cold rag to his belly for him and put him in the shade after he could walk, which was right after he drank his water.

Problems with my Quaker Parrot?

He has been very aggressive lately and very noisey. I know that if they feel neglected that they will start to screech and become hostile but I try and pet him and play with him everyday, he allows me to feed him his bird seed but everytime I even get near his cage, which is in my room he lunges at me, practically hanging off his cage to bite me. When I bought him from the pet store in Spring last year, he was very cuddley and social. He would let me pick him up whenever and would interact with everyone in my family. I started noticing a change when little white things started appearing on the back of his neck. It looked like his feathers were encased in some type of film. I have no idea what it is.. He didn't have them when I bought him and the pet store owner told me he was about four years old. Could it possibly be any kind of molting? I have plenty of experience with going barefoot in the cold, and my experience is totally opposite! I used to be sickly, coughing and sneezing from early fall until late spring no matter what I tried, but for the past eleven years I've been barefoot year-round (in a very rainy climate and yes, including in the snow) and I have called in sick once -for two days, and not even in winter. Even a minor cough is rare. Do keep the rest of your body sort of warm though; it is your *core* temperature that counts when it comes to being susceptible to colds, not the temperature of your extremities. In that way, taking a cold shower could be harmful. Although a brief shower probably wouldn't hurt, and few hours is waaaaaay long to wait, your body regulates your temperature *much* quicker than that!!! When you stop sweating, your heartbeat & breathing is all back to normal, that's pretty much the sign your body has brought itself back to normal again, and you can then take a shower at any temperature you want. Just make sure you don't stay in a cold shower long enough to get chilled all through (regardless of whether you'd been exercising before or not), *that* is a sign of your core temperature dropping and is not a good thing.

Injured at state park?

My family and I rented a pontoon boat for the day at our local marina which is part of a state park. At the end of the day apon off the boat as soon as my feet hit the wood dock I slipped and fell. High platelet count in pancreatic cancer patient?

The white cell count is up, but not terrible. However his platelets are over 1200. What can this mean? I am not in the loop with his doctors because my sister is the one that communicates with them, and they will only speak to 1 family member. Why is my younger puggle severely beating the older one, and how can it be stopped?

We have 2 puggles: the oldest is very pug like (Zoe), the other is younger and looks and acts like a beagle (Jill)... Both dogs sleep in my parents bed at night, and lay on the couch, which I hear is bad but I'm not able to stop what my parents let the dogs do... Jill is now a yr old, and if she is picked up too fast herself, or Zoe is paid attention to, Jill will walk over, growl at Zoe, and once both their fir is standing up, they stand up themselves and savagely beat eachother up, it looks like boxing... During this, they are more of a growl like kids screaming back and forth, and they literally bite eachother bodies apart for 30 sec to a min... Jill will always win, and as claiming her prize, she stands on top of zoe, digging her front paws into her back, and walks her paws up and down Zoes back for a few min, and her fur is up, and she digs into her deep!! If Jill is pulled off Zoe during this phase, the savage fight takes place all over again... Results to their bodies are one of the dogs limping for a day or so, teeth through an ear leaving a bloody hole, saliva on their necks and backs, etc. It has gotten to the point where Zoe is unable to sleep with my parents in bed, only Jill allows herself, and random attacks during the day over rawhides and little attention to either dog makes Jill attack Zoe. Zoe never instigates, but she defends herself in the fights. We have used dog sprays, like bitter apple and water, and it does not stop Jill during or even to stop a fight from occuring. Even though they are only puggles, friends and family jump when these fights occur, it's like they are literally trying to kill eachother and tear their teeth into their necks and standing and boxing so fast, it's a crazy site... Poor Zoe is innocent, and my parents are thinking of getting rid of Jill, the fights are about once a day, or 3x if Jill doesn't get her daily walk... Jill is also very nervous around other dogs, stands at a distance and barks, and wants Zoe near her, and when parents aren't home, Jill lays right next to Zoe the next day, as if they are best buds... This isn't a normal dominance thing, it's a psycho thing, why and what is Jill thinking, and how can it be stopped? We let them fight it out, said vet, but events continue to occur... Help!

What happened to me? Did i faint?

Okay so this morning after standing for like 20 minutes straight i felt sick with a head ache and stomach ache and kinda of clammy feeling so i lied down in my bed and a couple SECONDS after i started to lay down i start feeling myself trying to keep my eyes open and i kept blinking like i was falling a sleep even tho i WASNT tired. Then next thing i kno i am opening my eyes feeling better. I didnt even kno i shut them because i didnt remember doing it but after i woke up i felt alot better. Before i started laying down i wasnt tired at all and it was a matter of seconds after i did that i started feeling myself trying to keep my eyes open and i just remember me not being able to think straight before and after i woke up, but i do remember feeling sick.

What happens when someone comes off this type of medication?

The person I was kindof seeing who is also a friend (we've recently fell out), has changed completely from being sensitive and caring and had difficulties maitaining an errection in bed to mean and thoughtless who has no problems in the bedroom now. He is also a very angry behaved person just now and keeps losing it verbally and violently. I know he was on some sort of medication I think for either depression or Bi-Polar(manic depression) or even some sort of anti-psychotic stuff. Anyone else have such crooked relatives?

I know this sort of thing happens all the time, but I thought I'd see just how often. My wife's mom had 3 sisters. They were all raised together and for all appearances, got along well. Their parents couldn't afford a house and land of their own, so while still young and unmarried, the girls worked and gave a portion of their checks to the parents to pay for about 20 acres of land. The land was supposed to be divided among the sisters and 3 of them built houses on their part, leaving about 7 acres for the parents' home. That land was to be divided among the sisters after the parents died. A will was written to that effect and everything should have been settled in advance. Eventually one of them was appointed executor of the parents' estate some 15 years ago, and evidently she coerced her by then senile mother into changing the will so that her son got the house and land for 1/20 its value, about 30k, and the others get nothing. At the rescue I'm involved with, we only consider things that would directly influence the potential owner's ability to care for the dog. Most of the things you listed are personal choices, and generally wouldn't affect having a dog, except having adopted kids, only because that's just the same to me as having kids, which is a potential concern depending on which dog they were adopting. The age of the kids is also a concern as well, only because some dogs don't do well with kids overall. If someone had babies I would not consider adopting out to them because the dog and baby would be battling for attention (and baby always wins).
